Hello and Welcome!
I’m Stefanie Kiymet Iverson, a myotherapist, mother of two, and someone who cares deeply about helping people feel better in their bodies.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with people through pain, injury, stress, fatigue, recovery, and the many ways life can weigh on the body. My work includes myotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, movement support, breathwork, sound therapy, and other hands-on approaches that are tailored to the person in front of me.
I’m Turkish-American, and that background has shaped how I see care. Hospitality, warmth, presence, honesty, and making people feel genuinely looked after matter to me just as much as technique.
You won’t find inflated promises or trendy labels here. I don’t lean on buzzwords or try to package care into neat little slogans. I pay attention, I listen well, and I meet people as they are.
Some clients come to see me for pain relief. Others come because they feel burnt out, rundown, disconnected, or like they’ve been carrying too much for too long. Many come because they want thoughtful care from someone who sees the bigger picture.
I’m naturally curious and always learning. I read widely, continue my education, and value both evidence-based practice and the deeper human aspects of healing that don’t always fit neatly into a textbook.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Some sessions are practical and clinical. Some are quieter and restorative. Often they are both.
People don’t just come for a treatment. They come because they want to feel met, understood, and supported properly.
That part of the work matters most to me.
